We cannot expand our production capacity, as finding artisans who master this art is a rare feat, and training in this profession is a slow process. With each rug requiring extensive time to weave, our current delivery schedule extends to 12 to 14 weeks. We value your understanding and invite you to anticipate these exquisite, lasting treasures for your home.

Once your rug is ready to ship, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress. We take great care to ensure that each rug is properly packaged and protected during transit to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

RETURNS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our rugs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. We encourage our customers to carefully review the product details and measurements before placing an order to ensure that the rug is the right fit for your space.
